2012 is the 100th anniversary of the Better Business Bureau and on January 11th, 2012 you’ll be getting two firsts for the New Year. You’ll be getting the first CredibilityLIVE of 2012, featuring the first major address of the BBB on their centennial milestone.

    Trust relationships are a key part of business partnerships, whether those partnerships are between the core business and its suppliers, customers or joint venture partners. Developing trust is often a key goal of businesses, and there are many advantages to building trust between business partners; however, trust can also have its downsides.
