Experts share insights into creating online credibility

Ever since we published the list of the most influential small business people on Twitter last spring, we thought it would be interesting to turn to these experts for insights into what business owners can be doing to build online credibility.

So today, we’re happy to start publishing our first one-question interview with experts Mari Smith, Jim Kukral, and Chris Garrett, where they answer:  What should business owners be doing to create a credible online presence?

Mari Smith (@marismith)

Jim Kukral (@jimkukral)

Chris Garrett (@chrisgarrett)

Each of these experts has a really interesting take on the subject with Mari emphasizing the importance of consistency, Jim focusing on creating quality content and Chris focuses on emphasizing the needs of your client/customers…

But have they nailed it?   How would you answer: What should business owners be doing to create a credible online presence?
